Geo Brute Speed

Does anybody know how Geo Brute’s speed is calculated? I just went against a 219 speed GBA with my 241 speed DR in GAC and brute went first, started the geo TM going and I couldn’t do anything about i...

From what I gather at G13 it's 216 + 15% of GBA's speed.

So if it was G13 it would have been just a shade under 249.
