I can say he is crap. Some said in full 6a mods and R9 he will be on another level.
Well, they just said crap. He can loose against a lot weaker Kenobi. Plus other GLs can kill him on offense with lesser gear. And all counters kill him as easy in r9 as in r7
So no, he is not good enough. And please don't say that he is a meta for relic10
Other new GLs will wipe the floor with him by the time ppl gear any character in g10.
