GL kylo is way too weak

to be fair, the guy that has him had him modded for speed, he didnt have any damage or health/protection and he also never used his 3rd ability. Kylo needs to be modded for offense with protection secondaries. He had 48k protection and only 7k damage at r4. He also didnt have his mastery skill unlocked. I hate everything about GL so far, but at least wait until so time goes by and his kit has time to be tested.

From what we are hearing, his mastery will make all the difference. The current sentiment has been stated about many characters when they are released. Proper modding and team setup usually change over the first few weeks and then we will see the "X is OP threads"

it is unfortunate that without mastery Rey still seems great and Kylo seems just ok, but only time will tell.

The problem is exactly what you mentioned. Rey is beyond overpowered even without the mastery and Kylo is a B+ team at best without it.
Even worse that if you read the ultimate skills of kylo and rey...
Reys ultimate is far far far better... So the gap will increase even more..
Ni matter how you mod rey it will still beat the S out of everything while Kylo without the mastery wont.
To be fair, Kylo should be able to beat Rey and Rey should be able to beat Kylo... Now its very very very far from that because Rey might just solo the whole GL kylo team....

So where can we apply for the refund we spent on these characters to meet the requirements?
