GMY ignores the status effects rules

There are instances where GMY does not immediately get his bonus turn, for instance in a JKR vs JKR if GMY reduces an enemy Jedi to 0 for the first time, that enemy immediately recovers %100 hp and protection and goes before GMY gets his bonus.
Magnaguard will take a turn if he dies from the aoe, before gmy playing again. Not always, but it does get affected by the coin toss.
I have yet to see this happening, but those are interesting cases.
