Grand Arena Messaging
Why is it that some people have the option to ally, message their competitor as well as Mute/report? Those option dont come up for me when I look at my competitors profile. Just the ally option

- Could be an underage account Mebbe
- They're most likely too young to send messages
- fleet arena is worst, not even the ally button is available
