With Yoda, speed is key. You want him using Battle Meditation as often as possible and, ideally, constantly reinforcing his Foresight. Tenacity might be a good secondary option, though crit chance would also help him pack more of a punch.
As far as squad, it depends on where you'll be using them. Unless QGJ has his zeta I'd probably recommend moving JKA up as the leader, but that's more of a personal preference thing.
