Here's a video i was able to find with the time stamp
At 1:40 of the video it happens. The bonus turn (triggered by the damage GG applies to b1 killing him at the start of GGs turn) is being applied after GG takes his turn granting a true "extra turn" instead of just 100% turn meter.
