Grevious bonus turn vs take an extra turn

So quick conversation with another player, pointed out that bonus turns are always queued and this is no different. Bonus turns are always granted after the active turn is completed. So it doesnt matter that he dies at the beginning of GGs turn.

So it does make sense the way this is playing out.
