Grievous Farm
Besides the shard shop where can i farm GG? He appears in my fleet store every week or so and it takes ages to get the currency in the shard shop. (Been months and he is only 4*)

It took me about 2 weeks to get him from 5 to 6 stars with constantly buying 7 star characters in shipments. So, yeah, it takes a long time, but I have a feeling it’ll definitely be worth it.
