You should find it trivial - my jedi are faster for sure and I use Jolee but your team is strong!
Tips:
1) Kill the shield Droids before they spread Overcharge.....
2) If they spread overcharge, use GMY AOE to steal it then click the “special event ability” that grants a ton of buffs —> Then spread that to your team

TL : DR —> don’t let them use overcharge. Use the event buff on GMY and spread it!

Oh and get Old Bens Potency MUCH higher - in Arena he’s my MVP —> Taunts and Mind Trick —> Need to get it to stick on the whole of the enemy team.

It also helps if GMY comes into stage four with TM and the event special ready. Hit that baby and pass out the buffs. As stated, take out the shield droid then hammer GG.

Spam the event special with GMY every chance you can and the event is cake

I used the same team as you except with higher speed and my Ezra is zetaed. Had no problem and beat the mythic first try. Make sure that GK’s or Bastila’s cleanse is ready so you can dispel deathmark when you enter round 4. Steal overcharge and use the event ability over and over, and dispel overcharge from enemies with Ezra and Bastila. Kill Order I used was shield generator, B2s, Grievous, and then whoever else is left. Round 8 is not hard. Kill Asajj so that she doesn’t dispel your buffs, copy overcharge and spread it to your team, dispel Dooku’s overcharge, kill Dooku, and then they won’t have enough offense to take you out.

Phase4: cleanse Deathmark and Heal immunity with The Negotiator.
Phase8: kill Asajj first, and keep Dooku till the last.

In case you haven't seen a video from GameChangers, spreading buff tactic should be done in following order for the maximum efficiency.
1) Masterstroke : Copy bonus Protection
2) event Special ability : Get so many buffs
3) Battle Meditation : Spread buffs and bonus Protection
4) Ataru or Unstoppable Force : cooldown will be reset for 1)~3) combo to be executed again.
