The above is not 100% accurate.
Each tier your guild completes increases the pool for the guild. When that happens the amount each person gets will go up.
But as more people rank "the same rank" it can actually go down.
Either way it is based on the rank you take and the tier completed, it has no relation to the amount of energy or thing completed.
Many of them are not worth putting in any extra thought based on the payout.
