Well, you coudl try getting your toons TM, but specifically get all toons to 85% or more TM, except phasma. Get phasma to like 50-70%.:
Then you get a stun and 3 dps attacks in and then phasma can victory march to give your team TM right back where they need it. All before the other team has had a single move. You might also want to make sure QGJ does not go first. That way you have an option to pick up offense up off the bat, if the other team procs a dodge.
It might take 3 nodes to achieve this, sitting out your A team toons when they have the right TM. Mixing up your teams in the first 5 nodes (you do not need synergy teams to beat these nodes! Take a few extra hits setting up your killer squads). With 5 nodes you can potentially get both your teams ready for battle.
Facing this squad with yours, I am most likely going to take down Rey, pronto, and then let the rest of the chips fall where they may. If that is not possible, at least stun/debuff her and set up a QGJ offense up/detaunt.
