Yes, please do. Get as many of your best toons good TM and specials ready in node 1-5. Break up your teams to do this, benching the ones that are good to go. Spend as little as it takes to kill node 6 easy. And try to restore key toons by the end of the later easier nodes, 7,8, and 10. In node 6 you should have the most rockstar TM possible on all 5 individual toons, and it should be relatively easy to beat without a tank, unless you need to stun someone. In fact, you probably want to sit Barisse. You should be aiming to have protection left possibly even thru the end of node 9!
Barisse might come in handy in node 10, to restore health to a key toon. In 6 and 9, you're trying to kill the enemy so fast you don't take too much damage, using your TM advantage. So mix up your teams. Try using all dps/stun in the earlier hard matches. Then put the band back together for that last brutal node, and still have at least some toons with great TM and protection.
