I've gone over his squad for the third time and I still can't spot what might have added more Speed to his Han Solo. I checked his Han's Speed in the TW by long clicking on the character and scrolling through the stats there.
His squad: CLS lead g12, Han Solo r4, Chewbacca r4, Threepio & Chewie g12, C-3PO g12
