Han Solo v Han Solo

In a game where both squads have Han Solo, which Han Solo gets to use their "Shoots First" bonus attack first?
I assumed it was Speed but I just had a match against a Han Solo of Speed 252 as opposed to my Han's Speed of 255 and his Han got the first bonus attack. Stunned my Han, his Chewbacca joined in, I ended up losing the match as a direct result. And no, he didn't have a Leader who added to Speed.

Is it just random?

Are you sure you didn't bring either young chewie or young han?

    I'm sure.
I'm sure of my squad, I'm sure of their squad, I'm sure of the Speed of the two Hans, I'm sure their Han went first.
Since starting this thread I've doubted everything else, to one degree or another, but the things I've stated in the previous sentence I know for a fact.

Your Han shouldn't have been stunned, but if the other Han went first, he would have removed his tm. Other characters would then have been able to go before him thanks to CLS lead giving tm on resisting debuffs. That is, if your Han wasn't defeated by the opening from theirs and two Chewies. Or as others have said if you brought the wrong Chewie.

So the first Han can remove TM from the second Han, thus potentially stopping that second Han using his Shoots First straight away? Thus giving an opportunity for the rest of the opposing team to kill my Han before my Han can do anything?

    That's probably it, then.
    Thank you.

So it must be that the other Han already had turn meter and thus my Han got killed by the rest of that Han's team before he could use his Shoots First.

    Very convoluted.

It's hard to say what happened for sure without a video. But Han will definitely remove tm from Han, and I've seen a video involving GLs and enough tm manipulation such that the one Han never got a turn before being killed. So yes, it's possible. And while CLS lead could grant some tm from resists so that a sufficiently fast character could get ahead, it would be an even more plausible scenario if the whole team had tm from it being the second battle.
