I do know if I would run 5/5 scoundrels. But lately I've technically been running a scoundrel squad that lets me take first with no refreshes. Barely gets beat.
Lando/88/STH/palpi/SF
The sun fac I switch out for annakin when needed or when I gear him up he should be permanently replaced by Poe.
Of course 5* mods with secondary speed stats is what makes the team so good though. STH must be super fast. Mine is as 215 with Lando lead so he 4/5 times goes first every battle. And STH TM boost is the kicker for this squad.
