While 40k HP would give him +2000 offense, 30K HP would give 1500...
Its 4900*1,86=9114 against 4400*2,16=9504
So i think he will do more damage with a crit damage set... Its still close and after stacking some HP (dont know how his hp stacking works) it could change...
I could be wrong (didnt pay so much atention to FOE set xD) but take account that he will get a lot of offense from 30k HP without HP set xD
