With a super high health pool, it becomes feasible to absorb high offense Reys' ultimate when only SEE remains alive. It also makes countering JMK+CAT possible, since they ignore protection and you need to survive until only Kenobi remains.
Unlike other GLs, having high offense is not necessary for SEE, because of his mechanics (insta killing everyone but the enemy GL), the only exception being going up against a LV team, you need a decent amount of offense then.
