Maybe not what you want to hear, but Phoenix is worth it for Thrawn, and you can get EP with other Rebels in the meantime, you want a lot of those toons for raids and CLS anyway. It's not all about Revan, you should be building strong foundational teams to obtain legendaries and heroes and progress in events and the game in general. You seem to only be ignoring the inevitable.
