No offence intended but that's a terrible arena rank. You don't have to have all of your toons in the same faction but there does need to be some synergy between them.
To OP: Traya unlock depends on how high you place. If you're top 10 getting 7 shards a raid then that's about 3 months. If you're lower getting 5 then that's about 4-5 months.
In terms of toons to go with revan, you really need GMY and Jolee. There's wiggle room for the other 2. Most people use Bastila and GK. Some use ezra instead of bastila; I use Hoda instead of GK. My squad isn't optimal but I get 1 with it and I have too many other toons needing carbantis to bother gearing GK right now.

I do really like these characters, but they’re not the best together.
Should I go with my scoundrel team I used before? (Qira, Young Han, Raid Han, Zaalbar, & L3-37) They had really great synergy.
