Help me with Empire Mods!

Question

Okay I'm officially switching from my Phoenix team to an Empire team. The one thing is; I don't know what mods to use on which characters!
My team consists of:
Palpatine (L)
Thrawn
Vader
Tarkin
TFP
I get that I should put speed on thrawn, but I'm clueless on the rest, help! (Also all of the mods I have are going to be coming from my Phoenix team, so all my chopper speed mods are now on thrawn)

If you have a zeta on Palpatine’s lead, then Vader should be your fastest instead of Thrawn.

I would ditch Tarkin and use Director K, he hits harder and helps Vader land debuffs, EP to stun/shock.
