Help needed on best arena team for Rey

Hi there, friend just unlocked Rey and was wondering;
1) what is the best arena team they can make?
2) what gear level would be best to switch from current DR team? (gear 9 looks a bit low!)

They are free to play and are lacking some of the more obvious alternatives that will take some time to get.
Also would different compositions work best against different opponents?
