Highest potency primary mod
Is there a target amount of potency I should focus on when aiming for potency primaries for dengar for the chewie event? Is it always a solid number or just a percentage?

Chewie has a base 38% Tenacity.
Counting the minimum 15% Resist, makes 53%
So at 53% Potency you already get to the minimum chance of resist (53-38=15). Any excess Potency will not lower it below 15% as it is the fixed minimum.
This is assuming that he doesn't get more tenacity at the event.
You can calculate for the rest of characters of the event
