Curious but how fast is your Tarkin to make this work? Im bit torn over whether to start modding Tarkin for Offense + Speed instead of Potency + Speed, since potency + speed is soooo hard to find.
My Tarkin has only 216 speed with potency mods (speed secondaries),about 106 % potency,G12 and both zetas on him.
