Houndstooth TM gain
I think its high time this should be removed, or at least changed. Two of my ships 100%, hits ani, their houndstooth gain tm and moves before my other 100%, sorry, but thats not how tm should work

- That is exactly how TM gain is intended to work.
If your tactics are.not working then you need to change your tactics. - Its random, that is how it works.

You just described how tm gain actually does work.
