How best to fill out the other capitol ships?

I usually do a bounty hunter/geo fleet under Tarkin (or Thrawn), splitting HT out from rebels, then Empire/FO/Sith under Thrawn (or Tarkin). Mace has exactly 7 GR ships, so just run them together, if you need a fourth.
My Bistan's U-wing and Wedge aren't great, so my rebel fleet ends up being Han/Ghost/Biggs with Phantom/cassian/+2 (Poe, Rey, Carth, whoever. Doesn't usually matter.) for reinforcements.
