- I use a Sith team - DN lead, Vader, Maul, EP, Dooku and usually only play against Phoenix in arena cuz it’s such an easy win. EP and CD are only 6*
- I used to run Phoenix and I struggled to stay in the top 500, then I made the Nightmare team of EP, Vader, Sion, Thrawn, and Nihilus and I've been consistently top 100 and occasionally top 50 ever since. It's definitely the best and easiest f2p meta team out there. To anyone running Phoenix in arena, get them to around G9 and they'll get you both Thrawn and Palpatine; Vader is pretty easy to unlock through achievements, hard to max though but tanky enough to survive at lower stars; Nihilus is a tough farm for lower levels, but one of the special events (also requiring Phoenix) gives his shards, and he's viable at 3*; Sion also has tough nodes to farm, but he's great even at 3* if you unlocked him in the marquee event. It's really not that hard of a team to make, and if you already have a good Phoenix, they will get you both of the legendary characters.
- irish570teamNew SpectatorUse Imperial Troopers with Veers-z and hit auto to slaughter them. I like seeing Phoenix and Night Sisters for automatic wins.
- Phoenix do not hold as well as other teams on defense when your shard matures enough to have more powerful counter squads. I haven't seen a single Phoenix team in my top 50 in months.
- I agree with getting wedge in instead of jc, and if you put him as lead he will heal your rebels passively. Healers become pretty useless in arena because using a heap ability basically wastes a turn that could be spent attacking
- Correction to my post above: Darth Nihilus primary attack and Force Drain DO NOT ignore protection, only the Raid Boss version of DN ignores protection. DN is still good against Phoenix though with his AoE attack and Anihillate.

You seen a Phoenix team in arena! Never seen one and my shard isn't the newest.
All I have are phoenix teams in my shard. 24/7.- Just FYI, killing Hera first doesn’t prevent Phoenix from sharing uniques, if only stops the 20-40% TM gain they get upon using Specials.

It also removes the teams resurrection capability and a means of giving Ezra more attacks."JohnLove11;c-1624228" wrote:
Take out Ezra and Phoenix will be useless!
Totally agree. The battle will last a long time, but with Ezra out of the way there's not much they can hit you with.
