Basically don't go AFK or other players in your shard will fly above you and it'll be hard to come back.
Also, does anybody have any ideas about breaking the META to be near the top? For example at the moment on my new account the top teams in my shard have Phoenix and players around me (me included) are looking like they're working towards it too. How do you stand out among the other 5000 phoenix squads in the shard if everybody is just doing the same thing? I guess that is a question for another time :D :D
