How does one get crazy secondary speed mods
I faced someone in arena that had 2,TWO!! ..24 speed secondaries off speed primary,thats just crazy!

Mods have odds (that rhyme, no less) of having different speed secondaries, and the more mods you get, the better your chances that they will have the ones you are looking for.
Also, slicing mods with good speed secondaries can make them into great speed secondaries.
