How does one get crazy secondary speed mods
I faced someone in arena that had 2,TWO!! ..24 speed secondaries off speed primary,thats just crazy!

Funny ... I don't farm mods at all anymore. I only buy from the store and get the rest from events. I spend my mod energy only on slicing materials.
