How does one get crazy secondary speed mods
I faced someone in arena that had 2,TWO!! ..24 speed secondaries off speed primary,thats just crazy!

There's no trick, no. The only thing is decision on which mods to level/slice and when to stop if the results are not as you wish. You can't change the odds.
