How is Palpatine getting so many “Power of the Darkside” shocks?

I have also seen this. Shock after shock after shock. It actually happens with Dooku as well. He’ll over counter like 4-5 times where the most mine does it two... so idk. I feel like it is messed up some how. My palp never double shocks.... ever, let alone triple shock.
