Rey, FOTP and GS are not problems themselves, they are symptoms of the real problem: damage is too high relative to health pools, and defense is basically irrelevant. Glass cannons unbalance a game when they do so much damage that their low health doesn't matter. And turn meter manipulation makes it worse.
I am hopeful this will be addressed soon.
