100% chance if he dies while he has the revive buff (the one with the padlock icon that can only be dispelled by killing him) and if he doesn't get killed by an ability that prevents revives (executed by Darth Nihilus, Death Trooper, or another Boba Fett).
If Fett scores a killing blow after he revives, he regains the revive buff.
The trick to defeating him is to prevent him from scoring a killing blow after he revives. Meaning that if any of your characters are vulnerable, don't kill Fett if he's going to revive. Wait until you're confident that he won't be able to kill anyone after he revives. It depends a lot on predicting the flow of the battle -- but once you learn how to beat Fett, and practice doing it, it'll become second nature soon enough.
