How many times does Boba revive?

Just had an arena fight where Boba revived 3 times. I've seen him revive more than once early on this year on multiple occasions. And then possibly for a few months since then I've not seen him revive...

Edited as I noticed he mentioned having Chirrut in previous post (I was suggesting getting a cleanser like Rex).
