You've made some unfortunate decisions on which characters to invest in, and it will take a while to recover. Chewie, FInn, Boba Fett and Talia are not very good. Personally I would drop all of them as soon as you can farm replacements, both in arena and your GW primary squad. The only long term viable charactes you have are Lumi and Fives.
Start investing in Old Daka, she's strong. I see you have some progress on Phasma, I'd work on her, and QGJ is great. You need a taunt dispel and QGJ is the best for that. Now that you are 69 you can start working on Barriss from cantina, shes no good in arena but she's amazing for GW.
Barriss (L), Luminara, Daka, Fives, QGJ should carry you through most GW sets once you have them leveled out.
