You could, you know, invest time and effort in your overall squad depth which would mean that when the meta changes from one thing to another - you are mostly prepared. You could also look around at the others on your shard, perhaps that have a much higher GP level than you and ask yourself to what extent are they doing things that I am not? I'm not saying spend money of course, because that is a personal choice, but more that if your overall your roster is lacking what others have got - spend the time to develop the toon's that'll get you to higher placings in HAAT/Rancor/Ships and unlock more gear, more characters etc. That may well help you in arena.
