sying. I guess the difference is I am talking about tactical solutions. (Given the resources one has, how do you handle this team right now.) Whereas you are talking strategy - also useful, and important. However, I know of a lot of resources for strategy (the meta report you mention, various character ranking charts, etc.). I am having troubles finding much about tactics, at least for arena/gw teams.
If there are anti-meta characters which work in a lot of situations, that would also be useful addition to such a guide/guides. (B2?, Sun Fac?, others?)
