for resistance general rule is to kill poe asap.

for phoenix there is no general rule. if your team heavily relies on debuffs or AOEs, kill kanan first
and then ezra to alleviate all the damage.
for FO i dont know what zeta phasma does i have no idea never met one in my arena, but generally you want to keep kylo shut down so he doesnt do his aoe again and again. keep the taunters in check and kill foo first. and then fo pilot.
