how to find someone's profile on swgoh.gg without knowing their ally code ?

how do i find swgoh.gg's profile of someone in an opposite guild on TW, or someone in my arena ? I type their nickname on google plus "swgoh" but they don't seem to have the same name ingame and in sw...

Or dont have it selected to be public.
