You get slightly different results when you use the following format:
geralt site:swgoh.gg

I found this profile, for example, which didn't show up in the other search: https://swgoh.gg/p/931212967/

I'm an idiot. I somehow mistook "Héros de l'holotable" for a guild name. Probably because the guild name can be seen in the the ranks tab of the arena window. But of course it's just the title Holotable Hero :)
