How to mod CLS?
Whilst I'am slowly gearing CLS up I was wondering how to best mod him and if you could provide a guide on how to best do so as I suck at mods. Thanks

I thought potency was important too, until someone corrected me here. He's already got a base 40% potency, and he doesn't need it to land tenacity down, at which point he doesn't need any potency.
