How to mod CLS?

Whilst I'am slowly gearing CLS up I was wondering how to best mod him and if you could provide a guide on how to best do so as I suck at mods. Thanks

Speed and protection in my opinion. Make him as fast as possible first, then either hit harder or live longer. Since he has 40% protection regen, I want that to be as high as possible.
