Speed on Vader is much more important now with a Palp Lead. If he goes first, he gets all those buffs up, which he then culls. Everyone instantly gets 15% turn meter from that one cull, and 60% when the other buffs come down.
Vader going first makes your whole team much better. Get his speed as high as possible along with potency on cross, crit damage on triangle.
