How to optimize my squads

Increasing in level comes from spending energy. For each point of energy spent you will receive one point of XP; hence the most efficient way to level up is to spend your crystals on energy refreshes. You can do 3 normal energy refreshes at 50 crystals each per day and 3 ship/cantina refreshes at 100 per day. So for 150 crystals a day on normal energy refreshes you get 360 XP (in addition to other energy spent).

Keep working - there are no secrets :)

Progression takes time, or money, choice is yours :)

(Bear in mind it can often feel like you're slogging away and getting absolutely nowhere - keep going, great things will happen!)

Concentrate all in one team for arena. Save the rest. Don't level useless toons.

By the way, if I can share a remark / question :

I joined a guild with quite high level people, they were doing heroic raids and I could not participate. After several days, I left and went back to the begining and I can try the rancor raid and eventually do something !

I think it will be more useful ?

You won't be able to do very much in a heroic raid for a long time. I've just turned 83 level wise and I can still just about only post 1 mil + score in one go on Rancor but last month it was half that.

That said, once you get even a single 7* you'll be able to at least post a zero as you'll be able to join the raid. Everybody needs gear and tokens so nobody minds if you "freeload" for a bit.

It's worth even posting a zero, especially for heroic raids as then you can get raid exclusive toons. Apart from heroic Sith, as anything to do with that raid is terrible and nobody should play it.....at all.....ever.

Majority of toons are pretty easy to get to at least G8, after that you'll start needing proper raid gear.

Nope, stick with the guild that can clear Heroic Raids. As soon as you can get a toon to 7*, you can join, even if you can’t really do any damage, and you’ll start getting better rewards, including shards for Han Solo and General Kenobi. Let that powerful guild carry you.

Should I wait in the little guild until I get a 7 star? My best is currently Talia at 5 and I didn't planned to upgrade her soon.

Get a 7* character asap. As Val said- you won't be able to do much except show up and get rewards.Once thei starts you will progress much quicker.

And, if I may suggest, focus on someone more useful than Talia. Out of your current roster - probably Moff.
