I already promote both, but they were in lvl1 and nothing change in they stats, nothing, that's so weird...

I have credits, the problem is that they don't upgraded their status

When you promote a character their level doesn't change - all that changes is how many stars they have. If you've promoted them once they should be 3* characters now.

@EA_Jesse please, help me bro, my wife will kill me for spend money in this game, and I'll have a qui-gon and a fisto like shit, this is so unfair, because we just spend money in that game to have this characters and take a better rank in arena.

If they are 4* then they have been promoted multiple times already. What didn't work then? Their level is only increased by using training remotes - not by promoting with shards.

Ok, but when you promote them, their attributes like stg/int/agi increase so much, and mine doesn't change nothing, I just got more stars. So what's the point to spend money and get shards to upgrade your characters if they just got more stars and the attributes doesn't change?
I think that is some kind of bug and the support will fix this to me, I hope...

I know that when you promote a character the lvl doesn't change, but you receive a lot of attributes like stg/agi/int, and mine doesn't change nothing
