The zeta might be useless, but that's the chance you take on using a Zeta on ANY leadership ability. She still has decent synergy under Matt lead, assuming you don't have better options to use there already.

Hopefully the faction will get a couple more additions so it can be used as 2 separate and viable squads like their Resistance counterparts.
