Something I have noticed as well about your mods. The + mod should have the stat bonus primary of the mod. EX: Offense mod has offense% not tenacity, defense, potency etc. Tenacity mod has a Tenacity Primary. Potency mod has a Potency Primary, etc.

Remember these are specific mods for the Bo jo-ourney. IIRC you need some quirky dirky mods.
