To the OP - zeta I use least is Maul. That's the only one that if I could pull back I probably would, though if we ever get a new Sith his lead could come back because it's a great zeta in a vacuum. Other zetas: 2x Thrawn, Veers, Kylo, Sid, Savage, Cody, and Vader - holding almost 2 right now - likely Finn will get the next as a build up the Res squad. I've heard nothing but good reports from Finn users about that zeta.

I've done three, and love them all. Zeta Barriss unique was my first about the time I got GK. That duo was a huge boost in arena. Second, I did Zeta Finn lead. I have a full Resistance team for the raid, and to breeze through GW untouched. So much fun. And lastly I put the Zeta on Thrawn's unique for both raids.

I'm extremely satisfied with all three. And I'm happy to be sitting on 89 more Zeta mats that I haven't been tempted to spend. Nothing has been enticing enough to get me to spend. I'm still waiting to be wowed by something.

My favorite Zeta is still Vader, he's still useful in Arena, GW, HP and HAAT

zFinn has been the most fun I've had in this game. Been finish GW in 15mins from 40~40, and now at 100% completion rate, almost 100% untouched on node 12. Almost have the rest 7*, looking forward to using them in HAAT

Maul was my first and I zeta'd him right after Nihilus came out, used my Maul team to get top 3 everyday up until about a month ago. Didn't even need SAss or Savage. Definitely worth it as that greatly increased my crystal income for a very long time and I had already built up Maul, Vader, Sid, Nihilus, EP, and could run a few other tanks in the 5th slot instead of 5 sith. Plus this Maul lead is amazing for taking out those Thrawn led teams in GW nowadays.
Vader was my second and I got him pretty shortly after Maul. Had him for a good long time while Rancor was an easy 10 minute thing and now (while still able to solo the rancor) he's the main part of my P2 team for the tank. Definitely worth the zeta.
Nihilus unique was my 3rd zeta, and I'm very much glad I did it. Zeta'd him during the Maul fest because I didn't have SAss as my Maul was modded to go first. Couldn't outspeed the other Maul teams so this put debuffs on everyone before I even had to go which upped my win rate against enemy Maul teams a great deal. I still like it today in my Rex, Chaze, R2, Nihilus team as it makes it extremely easy to beat all the Wiggs, Chaze, R2 teams that popped up. With only Chirrut's cleanse it's super easy to just let them go first, cleanse and have my base get rid of their tenacity up immediately. It's still works great against the classic triple cleanse teams as well you just have to let everyone waste their cleanses and then go from there.
Sidious unique was my 4th and I certainly love it. Makes the Zader gears really turn in P2 and he's hella fun in GW. Just using an EP lead with him and TFP is great, TFP and Sid basically just trade off turns, while Vader occasionally uses his basic, EP shocks a guy or maybe two and R2 is just in there to stun Kylo and provide a nice crit boost and stop all the Luminara dodge teams lol.
My 5th and 6th zetas were both of R2's uniques and they've helped me out a ton both in arena and in the tank. Very happy with how both of them have performed.

I've been wanting to toss one on QGJ so I can occasionally play with my Jedi some more, but I don't actually know what I'd use it for. I've got almost 2 saved up, but I think I'll save one for Thrawn while I gear him, and save the other for potential ewok masterpieces. I'm quite happy with how my zetas have worked out though. I'm mainly holding out hope for another raid oriented zeta on a character I've got at least somewhat built (or a team I've got partially going) as my clones and resistance teams are extremely undergeared and understarred for that right now.

I was thinking the same thing but zeta'd him anyway and I actually don't mind that double/triple cleanse teams use their abilities right away. It can also be a blessing in disguise, especially if Chirrut is faster than Rex, then he can't equalize the teams health and give Baze taunt again when the enemy's team really needs it. So as of right now I don't regret zeta'ing DN's unique.

In total I have three: Zader, Zylo and Zihilus... I don't regret any.

Maul is my regret. I zeta'ed him without other sith like SA,Sit,DN and when triple cleanse was already a thing. He does get me out of some sticky GW situations.
Other zetas are ok for me. Zvader - still useful in rancor, haat p2, gw, and helped me maintain 20-50 ranking before. Zqgj is in my arena team now with zyoda and zr2. R2 is very useful in arena, gw, and haat p4. Sid is not so useful now but he helped during the prebug fix rancor solo with zvader and he is in my p2 haat team.

I was thinking zQGJ like others, but thinking about it, though I rarely use it, maybe 20-25% of the time it helps me get through GW when there's a particularly difficult node 11 I start with jedi then finish off with arena team (Rex, Chaze, DN, zKylo). Kylo was my second zeta and I was strongly influenced to choose it not Maul because zKylo isn't a leader ability so more versatile.

I have enough that I'll zeta Finn and Cody for HAAT (our guild prepping for it) next, not just for HAAT but also the Resistance and Clone squad mechanics seem interesting.
