I think it's time to start merging shards and change payouts.

I think it should for sure be "Top rank achieved that day".

I think it would encourage people to spend crystals to get refreshes if they knew they were going for something they would actually get. Now even if you are close...its a gamble to spend crystals to refresh when you could get bumped so easily.

Do not merge shards.
